Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils Enclave: A Distinctive New Hospitality Experience
Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has shared the first details and images of Enclave—its newest addition, designed to offer a private, elevated experience. Enclave offers services, amenities, and accommodations located on the upper levels of the resort’s 300-meter tower.
Designed with privacy and comfort in mind, Enclave offers a secluded setting with its own entry drive and exclusive lobby for its guests. Private elevators lead to quiet floors, each with no more than 15 suites, all finished in soft, coastal-inspired tones that reflect the island’s surroundings.
Enclave includes 299 suites in four layouts, ranging from 75 sqm King Suites to two Royal Apartments spanning 1,500 sqm over two stories. The interiors blend residential warmth with regional influences. Suites feature thoughtful amenities, such as dual in-room pantries offering tailored morning and evening selections. The design reflects careful consideration of cultural preferences and guest expectations.
At the top of the tower, the two Royal Apartments offer expansive spaces designed by Anouska Hempel and Pinto Design, in collaboration with Wynn Design & Development.
Enclave also offers private outdoor amenities, including a dedicated pool and beach area along the resort’s eastern edge. Guests can relax in a tropical garden setting with cabanas, bungalows, and beachside dining service.
Dining is a central part of the Enclave experience. The restaurant, situated above the lobby, serves breakfast exclusively to Enclave guests before transitioning to a menu featuring Lebanese cuisine for lunch and dinner. The menu will be led by a Beirut and Paris-based restaurateur making their UAE debut.
Additional spaces include a Lobby Lounge and Concierge Salon. The Lounge offers indoor and outdoor seating, serving coffee, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, accompanied by a light menu from the restaurant.
Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, described Enclave as a carefully designed retreat focused on privacy and personal service, noting that it’s “about balancing intimacy and scale to create something truly distinctive.”
Enclave’s design emphasizes craftsmanship, understated elegance, and curated art. The overall experience focuses on comfort, discovery, and personalized service.
Wynn Al Marjan Island spans over 60 hectares and includes 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates. The resort will also offer 24 dining and nightlife venues, a large spa, high-end retail, event spaces, and a theatre. Twelve pools and a 420-meter private beach complete the waterfront experience. A deep-water marina and private Marina Estates are also part of the property. Construction remains on schedule, with the tower’s topping out expected in late 2025.
