IHG Signs 460-Room Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum to Strengthen Turkish Leisure Presence
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement to open the Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum West Beach, its second Holiday Inn Resort in Bodrum. The deal is in partnership with Uslu Turizm Insaat Tasimacilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and follows the success of the first Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum.
Set to open in mid-2026, the 460-room resort will expand IHG’s leisure footprint in Türkiye. The property will feature a resort-style pool, beach access, spa, dining facilities, and conference space, catering to both local and international guests. Its location near Turgutreis Marina provides access to popular attractions, nightlife, and boat routes to Greek islands such as Kos.
The signing brings IHG’s portfolio in Türkiye to 33 open hotels and 17 in the pipeline. IHG aims to continue growing its presence in the region with relevant brand offerings.
Ersin Uslu, owner of the development company, expressed confidence in IHG’s expertise in delivering flexible guest offerings, such as all-inclusive stays during high season and room-only options in the off-season.
The resort is expected to support local tourism growth and offer a balanced hospitality experience in a key leisure destination.
