APPOINTMENT
Postillion Hotels has announced the appointment of Hans Wibbens as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Hans Wibbens began his career at Postillion Hotels in 2019 as Operational Director and has previously held various management positions in the hospitality sector. He served as Operational Director at both Bilderberg and Eden/Hampshire Hotels. With his appointment, Postillion Hotels has chosen a leader with a strong background in hotel operations and a thorough understanding of the organization. Wibbens succeeds Erik-Jan Ginjaar, who stepped down in the spring of 2025.
As CEO of Postillion Hotels, a role he has fulfilled on an interim basis in recent months, Hans combines strategic leadership with the daily operational management of the hotel chain. In his role as Operational Director, he led the General Managers of the various locations and was responsible for the purchasing process within the organization. He will continue the course set by Postillion Hotels, with a focus on returns and continuous improvement of the guest experience.
Hans brings a results-driven approach grounded in data and performance metrics, while maintaining alignment with the brand’s long-term vision. His emphasis on operational efficiency and team development will support the organization’s growth objectives and enhance its positioning in the Dutch hospitality market.
