Neha Kapoor Takes the Helm at Hyatt Place Gurgaon

Hyatt Place Gurgaon has appointed Neha Kapoor as its new General Manager, effective 19th June 2025. With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Neha brings a broad perspective and a strong focus on both guest experience and operational efficiency.
Neha began her hospitality journey with the pre-opening team at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. She went on to hold key sales and marketing roles with leading brands, including JW Marriott Mumbai, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and Shangri-La Mumbai. Her career with Hyatt started as Director of Sales at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, followed by leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Pune and Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, where she also served as Assistant General Manager.
Her first General Manager role was at Hyatt Place Vadodara, where she helped achieve steady progress in guest satisfaction, revenue, and operations.
Neha is known for her people-focused approach and interest in team wellbeing. She describes her leadership style as supportive, values-driven, and empathetic. Her guiding principle is: “Support colleagues in their wellbeing journey, lead with integrity, and be empathetic to guests, shareholders, and the community.”
Outside of work, Neha enjoys meeting new people, spending time with family, and exploring new destinations.
