APPOINTMENT
The Ritz-Carlton Pune has announced the appointment of Dimple Bhatt as the new Director of Spa.
Dimple brings with her decade long experience and knowledge in the wellness hospitality sector with a strong track record in luxury spa management. Before joining The Ritz-Carlton Pune, she served as Spa Manager at The St. Regis Mumbai, where she delivered exceptional guest experience. Under her leadership, the hotel achieved increased revenue growth through wellness programming, strategic marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency. She has held key roles across esteemed hospitality brands including JW Marriott Mussoorie, Holiday Inn Mumbai, and Radisson Blu Pune, where her core responsibilities included operations, training, and team development.
A graduate of the Management Development Institute of Singapore, Dimple holds a BSc (Hons) in International Tourism, Hospitality and Events Management. Her strengths lie in strategic thinking, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
In her new role at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Dimple will lead the Spa and The Athletic Club, focusing on elevating wellness experiences through innovation, sustainability, and service standards. She will be responsible for developing holistic wellness journeys that reflect The Ritz-Carlton brand’s commitment to luxury, mindfulness, and transformative hospitality.
