Following rigorous evaluations by anonymous Michelin Guide inspectors, La Méditerranée Robuchon received the recognition as Selected by The Michelin Guide 2025 for its outstanding French and Mediterranean cuisine. This flagship dining destination at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar honours the legacy of chef Joël Robuchon, whose renowned establishments have collectively garnered nearly 30 Michelin stars. With an emphasis on the finest fresh fish and seafood, complemented by stunning ocean views, the restaurant transports guests to the French Riviera.

As the Executive Chef at La Méditerranée Robuchon Doha, Eric Gonzalez honours the culinary philosophy of Joël Robuchon, from sourcing the finest ingredients to crafting a visual feast for the eyes.
