Guests can enjoy live oud performances by Alain, a talented musician from Lebanon, every evening starting at 7:00 pm. The restaurant’s culinary creations are led by Chef Mohammed El-Hajjar, a master of Lebanese flavours with more than 20 years of experience. Born and raised in Lebanon, Chef Mohammed brings a personal touch to every dish, blending traditional recipes with a modern twist. Guests can indulge in flavourful offerings such as crispy boneless chicken wings with coriander labneh, baked meat rolls with mixed nuts and yogurt mint sauce, and a refreshing Saj Millefeuille dessert with lemon cream, pecans, and apricots – all crafted with passion and authenticity.
