Wyndham Opens Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa Monasteri Golf & Spa in Sicily

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has opened Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa Monasteri Golf & Spa, marking a key expansion of the Dolce brand in Italy. Located near the UNESCO-listed city of Siracusa, the 102-room resort blends heritage, wellness, and natural beauty. It is surrounded by citrus orchards and rich history—once home to a Roman villa, a 9th-century monastery, and later, a Sicilian masseria.

The resort offers:
-
83 rooms, 14 junior suites, and 5 king suites are designed to reflect its historic roots
-
A 90-hectare, 18-hole golf course (par-71)
-
The Monasteri Spa with indoor/outdoor pools, steam room, sauna, and hydromassage tub
-
Signature dining at LE CERAMICHE, led by Chef Mirko Previtera, known for his Mediterranean cuisine and training at The Fat Duck and Les Prés d’Eugénie
Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA at Wyndham, said:

“Dolce by Wyndham is rooted in beauty, culture, and connection. Sicily’s timeless charm makes it the ideal place for meaningful, experience-led travel.”
The resort also caters to MICE travellers, with meeting spaces for up to 200 guests and a ballroom overlooking the golf course. This is Wyndham’s second Dolce property in Italy and part of a strategic partnership with All In Italia Hotels & Resorts to open 20 hotels nationwide in 10 years.
Alberto Reggidori, CEO of All In Italia, added:

“With Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa, we’ve created more than a resort – we’ve captured the spirit of Sicily.”
Wyndham now operates seven hotels in Italy across five brands: Dolce, Wyndham Garden, Ramada, Trademark Collection, and Registry Collection.
