APPOINTMENT
Balaji Sarovar Premiere Solapur has announced the appointment of Vivek Joshi as its new General Manager. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vivek showcases his extensive knowledge, leadership skills, and dedication to providing outstanding guest experiences.
A graduate of IHM Bhopal and an MBA holder, Vivek has held key leadership positions across internationally renowned hotel brands, including RHG and IHG. His most recent appointment was as a General Manager at Holiday Inn Express Pune Hinjewadi, an IHG Hotel.
He is widely known for his strategic approach to operational efficiency, commercial growth, financial performance, and building a strong people-centric culture. Known for his experiential hospitality and transformational leadership expertise, Vivek has also led several successful pre-openings, re-openings, and renovation projects, with a consistent record of revenue achievement.
Commenting on his new role, Vivek said, “I am honoured to join the prestigious and only upper-upscale hotel in Solapur. My focus will be on contributing to the legacy of excellence, enhancing guest experiences and positioning Balaji Sarovar Premiere as the preferred destination for staycations, events and culinary journeys.”
