Udman Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Pulkit Bhagat as the new Corporate L&D Sr. manager.
This strategic hire underscores Udman’s continued commitment to excellence in employee training, leadership development, and service quality.
Pulkit brings with him over a decade of extensibe experience in Learning & Development across the hospitality industry. Known for his innovative approach to workforce training and leadership coaching, he has previously worked with renowned hotel brands where he successfully led large-scale L&D initiatives.
Pulkit Bhagat began his hospitality career with trainee roles at Crowne Plaza and The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi, later joining the Taj Hospitality Training Program in Chennai. He progressed through operational roles at Vivanta by Taj, then transitioned into Learning & Development, handling pre-opening training at Taj Aravali and Taj Theog. Pulkit later led regional L&D at Sarovar Hotels, followed by senior roles at Andaz Delhi and Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels. Currently, he serves as Corporate L&D Sr. Manager at Udman Hotels & Resorts, overseeing training across seven boutique properties.
In his new role at Udman Hotels & Resorts, Pulkit will oversee the planning and execution of corporate training programs, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development pathways across all Udman properties. His focus will be on aligning learning programs with Udman’s business goals, ensuring talent development remains a key pillar of the company’s growth strategy.
