APPOINTMENT
The Westin Goa has announced the appointment of Elvis Pereira as its new Director of Food & Beverage. With 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including nine with Marriott International, he brings a blend of expertise, creativity, and passion to the role.

His professional journey has included leading roles in specialty restaurants, nightclubs, confectioneries, and all-day dining venues, giving him a well-rounded view of food and beverage operations. He is known for his hands-on leadership and focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
Pereira also has a strong background in managing banquet and event operations, especially for weddings and corporate gatherings, where his attention to detail and innovative touch have consistently impressed.
At The Westin Goa, he will focus on enhancing the resort’s F&B offerings through strategic growth, fresh concepts, and high-quality service standards. A firm believer in team development, Pereira promotes collaboration and believes customer satisfaction is the key to long-term success.
