Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of four new hotels in Lucknow, Navi Mumbai, Vadodara, and Gwalior, pushing its total inventory past 10,000 rooms—a major milestone in the brand’s expansion journey. This continued growth reinforces the group’s commitment to sustainable hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences across India.

•  The Fern, Lucknow
  Located in Charbagh, this 75-room hotel brings modern comforts to the heart of Uttar Pradesh’s capital. Key features include banquet halls, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, and a gym—ideal for business and leisure travellers.

• The Fern Nerul, Navi Mumbai
  Situated in the Capital Business Park (MIDC), this 154-room upscale hotel will offer easy access to Navi Mumbai’s business hubs. Guests can expect amenities, including all-day dining, banquet space, a gym, and a pool, further boosting The Fern’s Maharashtra portfolio to 42 hotels.

• The Fern Residency, Vadodara
  Located in Alkapuri, this 83-room property is the group’s 4th hotel in the city and 33rd in Gujarat. It will offer a comfortable stay with amenities, a multi-cuisine restaurant, and banquet facilities, catering to corporate and leisure travellers.

• The Fern Residency, Gwalior
  Strengthening its footprint in northern India, this 100-room hotel will feature rooms, banquet halls, fine dining, a gym, swimming pool, and spa. The hotel aims to offer a seamless experience for visitors to the historic city of Gwalior.
