Pullman Brand to Debut in Pakistan with New Hotel in Karachi by 2028

Valor Hospitality Partners, Accor, and Al Feroz Group have signed an agreement to launch Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower, the first Pullman-branded hotel in Pakistan. Scheduled to open in 2028, the property will be part of a mixed-use development led by Al Feroz Group under the Brentwood Hospitality banner.

The hotel will offer 220 guest rooms, 28 serviced apartments, two restaurants, a lounge, and seven meeting and event spaces totalling over 2,100 square metres. Additional amenities include a spa, fitness centre, outdoor pool, and food and beverage options designed to serve both business and leisure travellers.

Located at Dolmen Mall Clifton, the hotel will provide convenient access to Karachi Port, the Central Business District, diplomatic offices, rail links, and the international airport, positioning it within one of the city’s key commercial and cultural areas.

The hotel’s interiors will be designed by International Design Associates (IDA), a firm known for tailoring each project to its local context and client vision.

Julien Bergue, Co-Founder & Managing Partner – Middle East, AMEA at Valor Hospitality Partners, stated:

“Being selected to operate Pullman Karachi Brentwood Tower highlights our focus on managing complex, mixed-use developments in growing markets like Karachi. This will be our second project in Pakistan and reflects our long-term investment in the region.”

Under a franchise agreement with Accor, the hotel will join Valor’s portfolio of more than 90 properties across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Maya Ziade, Chief Development Officer at Accor, commented:

“The launch of Pullman in Pakistan marks a step forward in our regional growth strategy and reflects the rising demand for premium hospitality experiences.”

Nawaz Mahmood, Chief Operating Officer – Brentwood Hospitality, added:

“This project responds to the increasing need for high-quality accommodation and serviced living in Karachi. It also supports our broader goal to develop more hospitality destinations across Pakistan in partnership with Accor and Valor.”

This project marks a strategic milestone for all three partners: Valor expands its presence in Asia, Accor grows its premium offerings in Pakistan, and Al Feroz advances its hospitality ventures under the Brentwood Hospitality brand.

Pullman currently operates in over 40 countries with more than 150 hotels open and 60 in development.
