Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of Lemon Tree Premier in Surat, Gujarat. The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Lemon Tree Premier, Surat, will offer 108 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and other public spaces.
Located just 11 km from Surat Airport and approximately 9.5 km from Surat Railway Station, the hotel also offers seamless road connectivity, making it easily accessible for both business and leisure travellers.
Surat, often referred to as the ‘Diamond City of India’ and the ‘Silk City,’ is a global leader in diamond cutting and polishing, as well as a major hub for textile manufacturing. The city is rich in culture and heritage, featuring attractions such as the Dutch Garden, Surat Castle, and the scenic Tapi River.
