Shiju Devassy Promoted To Director of Engineering At Courtyard by Marriott & Port Muziris, Kochi

Shiju holds over many years of experience in the hospitality industry.  A valued member of the Marriott International family for over 12 years, Shiju has consistently showcased exemplary leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence. His instrumental role in elevating engineering standards, leading the pre-opening of Port Muziris, and being recognized as the Best Engineer in South Asia in 2018 are testaments to his outstanding contributions.

In his new role as Director of Engineering, Shiju will oversee engineering operations across both properties, focusing on efficiency, safety, sustainability, and consistent performance. With his experience and technical knowledge, Shiju is expected to support ongoing improvements and contribute to the effective management of engineering functions in alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and long-term strategic initiatives.
