Raed Kai has been promoted to Director of Operations at The Ritz‑Carlton, Dubai

This milestone reflects Raed Kai’s 16 year journey with The Ritz Brand.
Raed Kai joined The Ritz-Carlton in 2010 as revenue manager at the Dubai property. He has been a key figure during major milestones for the resort, including overseeing the opening of a new wing and the renovation of the original wing.
His leadership qualities propelled him through successive roles, including director of revenue management, director of sales, and director of sales & marketing. Over the years, he has consistently elevated the resort’s commercial performance and positioned it as a market leader in luxury hospitality. Leading the revenue and reservations department for seven years contributed to historic achievements such as the highest-ever ADR and revenue for the property, as well as record-breaking catering and wholesale revenues.
Alongside his commercial responsibilities, Raed Kai has been involved in internal team engagement initiatives, contributing to strong Employee Engagement Survey results. He also represents the brand in a strategic capacity, serving as one of two certified trainers in the Middle East for the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Centre.
