Radisson Hotel Group Welcomes New Design Director
Rashna Kapadi, Director of Design and Technical Services for Radisson Hotel Group South Asia

Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Rashna Kapadi as the new Director of Design and Technical Services for South Asia. In this role, she will oversee design strategies and implementation for the Group’s South Asian portfolio. She will also lead innovative projects that enhance guest experiences and establish new benchmarks in hospitality design.

With over 24 years of experience in architecture, interior design, urban planning, and landscape design, Kapadi has a diverse background in both luxury and budget hospitality, as well as institutional and mixed-use developments. Her visionary approach and commitment to excellence align perfectly with the Group’s mission of creating exceptional, guest-focused environments.

Kapadi has a history of successful projects and leadership roles, having previously worked with organizations such as IMK Architects, Mahindra Holidays, DSP Architects, Chalet Hotels, and K Raheja Corp. Her expertise spans greenfield, brownfield, and renovation projects, with a strong emphasis on sustainable design and customer-focused solutions. Additionally, she has collaborated on the development of several hotel chains, including Marriott, Hyatt, Lemon Tree, Taj, Accor, Citrus, and Club Mahindra.
