Radisson Blu Pune Kharadi has announced the appointment of Rashmi Jha as its new Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications.
Rashmi joins the team with a strong academic foundation, having earned her MBA in Human Resources. With a keen understanding of people dynamics and strategic communication, she brings a unique perspective to her role in marketing and branding.
In her new role, Rashmi will focus on strengthening the hotel’s brand presence, crafting compelling campaigns, managing media relations, and amplifying guest experiences through strategic communications.
Her creativity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset are key assets as she will work closely with the operations and F&B teams to promote the hotel’s diverse offering, from signature dining concepts to bespoke events.
