Sharma’s extensive background brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles as a restaurant manager and food and beverage operations manager at prestigious establishments such as Hyatt Regency Delhi and Shangri-La Eros New Delhi. His career trajectory, marked by significant contributions to renowned venues, makes him the perfect fit to lead the culinary experiences at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi. His demonstrated leadership skills are poised to enhance the dining and beverage offerings, perfectly aligning with the hotel’s unwavering dedication to hospitality excellence.

In his current role, he will work closely with the hotel’s director of food and beverage to oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, meeting rooms, and outdoor catering. He will play a key role in further enhancing the reputation of the hotel’s award-winning outlets: Seasonal Tastes (all-day diner), EEST (specialty Pan-Asian cuisine), Prego (specialty Italian cuisine), Sunset Story (rooftop bar and lounge), Mix Bar & Lounge, Story Club & Lounge (nightclub), and Daily Treats (patisserie). His responsibilities include ensuring seamless food and beverage operations, creating exceptional dining experiences, and optimizing operational efficiency to exceed guest expectations.
