Synergy Global Housing (Synergy) has announced several new hires and promotions as the company expands its operations, enhances its technological capabilities, and aligns more strategically with its customers. These initiatives aim to strengthen Synergy's business operations across the Central U.S. region and drive further organizational growth in its global markets.

To advance its technology strategy, Synergy has appointed Aaron Turner as Chief Technology Officer. Under his leadership, Synergy plans to release a transformative booking and reporting platform early this year. This platform will enhance and optimize the overall experience for business travellers, assignees, travel managers, travel administrators, and mobility managers.

Additionally, Synergy has expanded its Texas team to support growth in Texas and the Central US. The company welcomes Business Development Directors Renee Seibert-Ottley, based in Austin, and Jennifer Binder, located in Houston.

Richard Franco, who initially opened the market, will now focus solely on its success as Director of Operations for the Central US. As part of its strategy to better serve the full spectrum of extended-stay business travel across the country, Synergy’s corporate headquarters in San Ramon, California, will be relocating to Houston, Texas, by Q2.

“We go where our clients need us to be, and the Central US has become a key focus in recent years,” said Henry Luebbert, Co-founder and Interim CEO of Synergy Global Housing.

“While we are moving our headquarters, our commitment to California remains strong and will continue as we expand our coverage across the US. We will always maintain robust operations in our home state, including San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Seattle.”

To strengthen the future of Synergy’s leadership structure, the company has also announced several internal promotions:

  • Eunice Chu, previously Corporate Controller, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, replacing the retiring CFO, Patrick Shearer.
  • Claire Barrie has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. In this role, she will drive strategic collaboration between teams to enhance the company’s global revenue growth.
  • Cara Lingle, reporting to Claire, has been promoted from Vice President of Supply Chain to Vice President of Supply Chain and US Sales, aligning the development of innovative client partnerships with inventory fulfillment.
  • Mary Corrales, reporting to Cara, has been promoted to Senior Director of Business Development and will now oversee the Western US sales team.
  • Paula Millard, based in California, has been promoted from Senior Director of Operations to Regional Director of Operations.
