Courtyard by Marriott Colva has appointed Manoj Bisht as the new Executive Chef responsible for overseeing the hotel’s culinary offerings. With more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Bisht brings significant culinary expertise, innovative menu development skills, and a proven track record of enhancing guest dining experiences to his position.

Chef Bisht has refined his culinary skills through various positions, recently serving as the Executive Chef at Ramada by Wyndham in Vagator, India. He has also held leadership roles with well-known brands, including Fairfield by Marriott in Ahmedabad, WelcomHotel by ITC in Delhi, and Radisson in Agra. Esteemed for his innovative approach to Indian and regional cuisines, Chef Bisht is dedicated to sustainable sourcing, exceptional food quality, and effective cost control. His notable achievements include creating special menus, managing large-scale events, and developing new dining concepts that appeal to various guest preferences.
