New Chef de Cuisine at Surat Marriott Hotel

The Surat Marriott Hotel appointed Chef Bobby Kumar as the new Chef de Cuisine. With a decade of culinary experience in prestigious hospitality brands, Chef Bobby brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for gastronomy to the team, making him a valuable addition to the Surat Marriott.

Before taking on his role at the Surat Marriott, Chef Bobby devoted several years to refining his culinary skills at the Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa. There, he excelled as Chef de Cuisine, where he was instrumental in not only managing the kitchen but also in innovating the menu to elevate the overall dining experience for guests. His journey in the culinary world includes notable positions such as Sous Chef at the Jaisalmer Marriott, where he contributed to the development of various culinary projects, and Junior Sous Chef at Avadh Utopia in Surat, where he gained invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment.
