IHCL Unveils Fresh Faces at Goa Resorts

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has appointed Sheetal Singh as the General Manager of Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa, and Megha Bhatia as the General Manager of Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Goa.

The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has appointed Sheetal Singh as the General Manager of Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa and Megha Bhatia as the General Manager of Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa.

Sheetal Singh, General Manager of Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa

Sheetal Singh began her career with IHCL in 2008 as the Deputy Housekeeper at The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai. She then took on various important roles, including Executive Housekeeper and Director of Rooms at Taj Bangalore. After that, she served as the General Manager at Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions, and later as the General Manager at the flagship Ginger Mumbai Airport. She is a graduate in hotel management from the Institute of NIHMCT and holds a postgraduate diploma from Welcome Group Management Institute. She has also completed her Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma through ECS and focuses on enhancing guest satisfaction, innovating daily operations, and maximizing team potential.

Megha Bhatia, General Manager of Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Goa

Megha Bhatia joined IHCL as a Management Trainee in 2014 and advanced to roles such as Restaurant Manager at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi and Corporate Director - The Chambers. She holds an MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches Switzerland. Bhatia's leadership philosophy revolves around fostering cooperation, developing potential, and delivering results.
