She was honoured as one of the 50 Most Powerful Latinas by the Association of Latino Professionals for America. This recognition placed her among a select group of trailblazing leaders who are making significant contributions across a wide range of industries. Bartas was specifically acknowledged in the changemaker category for her exceptional leadership and inspirational efforts in driving change within the hospitality sector. Her profound impact on the broader fields of culture and talent has been recognized, as she continuously works towards fostering a more inclusive and diverse future for all.
