Novotel Guwahati GS Road has announced the appointment of Pallavi Das as its new Chef de Cuisine.

Prior to joining Novotel Guwahati GS Road, Pallavi served as the Sous Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Chennai, where she played a key leadership role under the Executive Chef. She handled the kitchen operations, culinary standards, and overall team coordination.
Her professional journey began in 2011 and includes experience with renowned hospitality brands such as Eros Hotel managed by Hilton, ibis Aerocity Delhi, Novotel Kolkata, Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bangalore, Holiday Inn IT Expressway, and Courtyard Marriott Chennai. She also brings international experience from her tenure at Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah in Muscat, Oman.
Pallavi holds a Culinary Diploma in Food Production and Patisserie from the pInstitute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science from Handique Girls’ College.
