APPOINTMENT
John Mathulla has been appointed as the Hotel Manager at Crowne Plaza Kochi. He previously held the position of Director of Operations at the same hotel and comes with 14 to 16 years of experience in the field. Over his career, he has worked with esteemed brands in the hospitality sector, including ITC Gardenia Bengaluru, Holiday Inn Chennai, and Crowne Plaza Kochi, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and management abilities at each organization. Prior to rejoining Kochi, he served as the unit head at ITC Hotels & Resorts in Dharamshala.
Commenting on his elevation, John said, “It is exciting for me to join Crowne Plaza Kochi again with a new and dynamic role and with bigger responsibilities. The hotel has been doing great across all parameters and has reached new heights since its inception. We are always at the get-go to offer something new and innovative to the people of Kochi.” He further added, “I look forward to working with the team here and to pushing our already existing benchmarks to take the hotel to greater heights.”
