He brings a wealth of experience in talent development, capability building, and leadership transformation, having held significant positions at Jio, Landmark Group, Future Group India, BESTSELLER, and The Times of India. His expertise extends across various regions, including India, the MENA region, and other global markets.

Surender will lead the Learning and Organizational Development agenda at Mahindra Holidays to support Club Mahindra’s evolving business and people priorities. He will focus on building future-ready capabilities, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning learning with long-term organizational goals.
