Minor Hotels Expands Portfolio with 4 New Brands

Minor Hotels, with over 560 properties across 57 countries, is expanding its brand portfolio with the addition of four new hotel brands, including its first soft brands. This strategic move will help the company enter new markets and cater to diverse guest needs across luxury, premium, and select segments. The new brands include:

  • The Wolseley Hotels: A luxury brand blending British elegance with European and global influences, creating refined, immersive spaces.
  • Minor Reserve Collection: A luxury soft brand for travelers seeking extraordinary stays that celebrate unique and personalized experiences.
  • Colbert Collection: A premium soft brand focused on culinary excellence and social connection, offering curated experiences at each property.
  • iStay Hotels: A select segment brand offering affordable, comfortable stays with modern tech in global cities.

These new brands complement Minor Hotels’ existing portfolio, which includes Anantara, Elewana Collection, Tivoli, NH Collection, Avani, and others. The expansion aligns with the company’s growth target of 850 properties by 2027 and enhances its offering to meet the evolving needs of guests and owners alike.
