APPOINTMENT
The Mahindra Group has announced the appointment of Asha Kharga, as Chief Customer Officer of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India, effective from July 1st, 2025.

Asha holds over 28 years of experience in the customer service domain, having being recognised for her strategic thinking, creative excellence, and ability to harbour consumer insights.
Her leadership will play a significant role in spearheading the MHRIL’s brand transformation, elevating the guest experience, and improving marketing strategy as the company plans to doubles its resort footprint and elevates its offerings to meet the changing dynamics of the leisure travel industry.

Commenting on the appointment, Anish Shah, Group CEO & MD, Mahindra Group, said, “Asha’s expertise will be key to leveraging the potential of Mahindra Holidays, as we seek to transform and significantly grow the business. Her strength in aligning brand vision with customer experiences will be valuable for the business.
