Kochi Marriott Hotel Appoints New Rooms Division Manager

Kochi Marriott Hotel has announced the appointment of Bhushan Gupte as its Room Divisions Manager.

Bhushan holds 17 years of experience in front office operations, having worked in several renowned hospitality brands in India. His career includes leadership roles at Westin Hotels and Resorts, World of Hyatt, and Conrad Hotels. He has consistently delivered award-winning guest satisfaction scores, driven record loyalty program enrollments, and achieved sustained revenue growth.

Bhushan has a graduate degree in Hospitality Management and Catering Operations from Rizvi College. He is renowned for his  communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to cultivate high-performing teams. His empathetic and innovative approach to resolving guest concerns has consistently contributed in enhancing the guest experience at every property he has worked in.

Bhushan’s appointment comes at a time when Kochi Marriott Hotel plans to strengthen its standing as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers in Kerala. With this appointment, he is ready to lead the Rooms Division, ensuring every guest enjoys the signature warmth and hospitality synonymous with Marriott.
