APPOINTMENT
JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Peter Sethi as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
With over sixteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, Peter Sethi brings a deep understanding of food and beverage operations, along with a strong track record of driving excellence across diverse dining venues.
His career includes leadership roles with several prominent hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Accor Hotels, Essar Group, Hyatt Hotels, and The Taj. Most recently, he served as the Director of Restaurants and Bars at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, where he played a key role in elevating the guest dining experience.
In his new role at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Peter will work alongside the Director of Food & Beverage to refine dining concepts, streamline operations, and shape memorable culinary experiences that reflect the hotel’s commitment to luxury and quality.
