The Indian delegation at IMEX At the event, the Ministry set up its own pavilion which was inaugurated by M. R. Synrem, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Ministry presented India as a leading destination for MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) to the global business market and encouraged more and more conferences and conventions to take place in the nation. The Ministry also highlighted India as a 365-day dream destination, showcasing its variety in climate, landscapes, and adventures. To push for the same, the Ministry introduced its Meet in India campaign, a specialised sub-brand of the Incredible India campaign. It also underlined India’s excellent connectivity, accessibility to the digital and outside world, and world-class infrastructure that mixes business with pleasure.
