Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board partners with KidZania to invite more tourists

In a first, Madhya Pradesh Tourism has partnered with KidZania, a global indoor entertainment and learning centre for families. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the state board and the learning centre to establish the same.

The Tourism Experience Centers will be set up in Mumbai and New Delhi

The Partnership

Under the signed collaboration, KidZania branches in New Delhi and Mumbai will set up a special Tourism Experience Center on their property. Through the Tourism Experience Center, the heritage and culture of Madhya Pradesh will be highlighted. Augmented and virtual reality, along with other state-of-the-art facilities, will be employed to make the experience fun and engaging for the kids. The wildfire, historical contributions, art, interesting spots etc., of the state will be highlighted to nudge families to choose Madhya Pradesh as their next vacation destination. The Center will provide an immersive tourism experience to the children.

“The current generation has always been connected with the beautiful and scenic tourist destinations of Madhya Pradesh. This effort aims to create a generational bond with the future generation. Through engaging and entertaining methods like 3D, virtual reality, and treasure hunts, children will learn about the state’s tourist spots. This will not only attract children to visit the state with their families but will also keep them connected with the state tourism throughout their lives,” said, Sheo Shekhar Shukla, principal secretary of tourism & managing director, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board.
