IHG expands in Bengaluru with a new Holiday Inn in Electronic City, opening in 2029.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Thanishq Hospitality to develop Holiday Inn Bengaluru Electronic City, set to open in early 2029. The hotel will support IHG’s focus on growing its presence in key markets across India and will cater to both business and leisure travellers.

A Modern Offering for Today’s Traveller

The hotel will follow Holiday Inn’s next-generation design, including the Open Lobby concept — a flexible space where guests can dine, work, or relax in a connected environment.

Key Features

Holiday Inn Bengaluru Electronic City will include:

200 guest rooms and suites
Three dining options
Meeting and event facilities across four venues, including a ballroom
Fitness centre and swimming pool
Ample parking

This marks IHG’s second Holiday Inn in Bengaluru, with each hotel serving different areas within the city.
