Hyatt Regency Pune has announced the promotion of Digvijay Singh Bisht to Rooms Division Manager. His promotion will further help drive operational success.
He joined the property in January 2024 as Executive Housekeeper and now steps into an expanded leadership role, where he will oversee the hotel’s front office, housekeeping, and guest services departments.
Digvijay brings over 11 years of hospitality experience across several international hotel brands. His career includes roles at Sheraton Hyderabad, The Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas, Swissôtel Dubai, JW Marriott Missouri, and Accor’s The Living Adventure in Qatar. His background reflects a strong understanding of luxury service delivery, operational efficiency, and team development.
In his new position at the Viman Nagar-based property, Digvijay will focus on optimizing departmental collaboration, enhancing the guest journey from arrival to departure, and maintaining service standards aligned with the brand’s positioning. His leadership will support the hotel’s ongoing efforts to deliver consistent and high-quality guest experiences.
Digvijay will also work closely with department heads to implement service standards and maintain consistency in delivery across all touchpoints. His leadership is expected to further align the Rooms Division with the hotel’s broader guest engagement strategy, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction scores and loyalty.
