Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort has announced the appointment of Chef Vinay Singh as its new Executive Chef.

Chef Vinay brings with him over 17 years of extensive culinary expertise. He most recently was appointed as the Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Mahabaleshwar, where he led dynamic culinary teams and introduced innovative fine dining concepts. His past experiences include notable brands, including Marriott, Hyatt, The Soaltee Kathmandu and the Zuri hotels.
In his new role at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Chef Vinay will spearhead all culinary operations, focusing on crafting innovative, wellness-inspired menus that align with the brand’s wellness philosophy. His vision is to elevate Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort’s dining experiences to new heights by blending global flavors with locally sourced ingredients, and adding his unique touch to the local delicacies, offering guests an unforgettable culinary journey.
