APPOINTMENT
Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad has announced the elevation of Sidhu Birajdar as the new Director of Sales – MICE & Event. With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sidhu Birajdar has developed strong expertise in Luxury Sales, Event Sales, Large MICE Segment, along with proactive sales management.
His career began in 2014 with Hyatt Pune, where he gained operational experience in luxury hospitality. He has also held key roles at brands like IHG, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon and followed with Andaz Delhi, a Luxury Lifestyle Hotel in Aerocity, New Delhi. He returned to the western region of India for the pre-opening of Radisson Blu Nashik.
Sidhu Birajdar on his appointment, stated, “With the mentorship and support of inspiring leaders at Hyatt and driven by a continuous desire to grow, I successfully transitioned into Sales through cross-training opportunities. This foundational experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and enabled me to bridge service excellence with strategic sales performance and become what I have become today.”
