Hyatt Centric Kolkata Welcomes New General Manager

The Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata has appointed Glen Dsouza as its new general manager. With over 18 years of experience and strong leadership skills in the hospitality and service industry, Dsouza brings expertise in business administration, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and relationship management.

Dsouza completed his hospitality management studies with the American Hotel and Lodging Association. He began his career with Marriott International and held important roles, including Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott, Goa, Anjuna, and Director of Rooms at establishments like Marriott Resort & Spa, Goa and Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad.

Dsouza has worked in international destinations such as Hong Kong, Doha, and Abu Dhabi, which has enriched his understanding of diverse cultures and refined his approach to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Throughout his career, he has been pivotal in navigating pre-opening challenges and ensuring operational excellence in renowned properties. His commitment to excellence is evident in his professional achievements and proven leadership capabilities.
