First Look at Wynn Al Marjan's Guest Suites
Wynn Al Marjan Island, set to open in early 2027 along the shores of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, has unveiled the first images of its guest accommodations crafted for this destination resort. This preview showcases the creative vision behind a selection of the resort’s 1,530 rooms, suites, and villas. Developed by Wynn Design & Development, the team responsible for the brand’s global portfolio, every design choice embodies the experience's purpose.
The Resort King room includes a distinctive entry vestibule separating the sleeping area from the corridor, setting it apart from the usual open-plan styles in many resorts.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows showcase views of the Arabian Gulf. Sculptural aesthetics with arched forms, reflective surfaces, and layered textures draw inspiration from the region’s rich artistic and cultural heritage, reflecting the elegance and detail in 18th- and 19th-century design. The interiors embody Wynn’s signature design philosophy: elevated, intuitive, and emotionally engaging. Custom lighting and mirrored accents resonate with the sea's serene, curated, and profoundly felt rhythm. Warm hues create a strong sense of place, while bathrooms featuring double vanities, walk-in showers, and freestanding soaking tubs extend the retreat into every area.

“Designing Wynn Al Marjan Island meant honoring a remarkable legacy while building something entirely distinctive for this region,” said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development.
“These rooms are rooted in the language of Wynn but reinterpreted for this oceanfront experience. They’re a beautiful expression of form and function influenced by Ras Al Khaimah’s natural beauty.”
Spanning over 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 24 restaurants. It will also include a five-star spa, a Shopping Paradise featuring boutiques, a pool area with 12 pools bordered by cabanas and gardens, and a private deep-water marina for luxury vessels up to 75 meters. Additional amenities include a 420-meter private white-sand beach and exclusive Wynn entertainment. Construction is progressing on track for an early 2027 opening.
