Victors of Hilton's Development Awards
Hilton has announced the winners of the 2024 Americas Development Awards, honouring the accomplishments of owners, development partners, and hotel teams throughout the Americas. These awards recognize the enthusiasm and creativity of our owners and feature categories such as the Lifetime Achievement Award, New Developer of the Year, Conversion Developer of the Year, Multi-Brand Developer of the Year, Dual-Brand of the Year, and Development Awards by Brand.

In 2024, Hilton launched over 400 hotels across the Americas. From the hotel owners, 49 were recognized for their excellence based on various criteria, such as dedication to quality projects, proactive adoption of newer brands, and their influence on local communities.
