Westin Hotels & Resorts has partnered with goop, Gwyneth Paltrow's contemporary lifestyle brand, to launch Sleep Training for Grown-Ups – a three-part video series aimed at helping travellers improve their sleep quality at home and while travelling.
In the wake of last year’s global rollout of Westin’s next-generation Heavenly Bed, this collaboration strengthens Westin’s position as a leader in sleep experiences by offering fresh tips and insights from top wellness experts. "Sleep Training for Grown-Ups" will showcase Gwyneth Paltrow alongside renowned sleep physician and research scientist Dr. Cheri D. Mah, MD, MS. Every episode delves into how daily routines significantly impact sleep quality and overall wellbeing, providing science-based advice on cultivating better sleep, nutrition, and exercise habits — vital for those managing the pressures of a hectic lifestyle.

“For over 25 years, Westin has redefined sleep while traveling, starting with our groundbreaking Heavenly Bed,” said Peggy Roe, Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Marriott International.
“At Westin, delivering a truly restorative night’s sleep is a commitment – our north star. That’s why we’re constantly pushing the boundaries of comfort on the road. Through this exciting partnership with goop and Gwyneth Paltrow, we’re blending expert-backed wellness solutions with Westin’s signature sleep amenities, ensuring travellers wake up not just rested, but truly restored.”
The video series addresses issues like the ‘First Night Effect’ during travel, suggests the ideal sleep temperature (60-67 degrees), and debunks myths related to ‘sleep debt’ and strategic napping. It offers travelers important insights and tips on how their daily habits can significantly influence their sleep patterns and overall wellbeing.
“Of all the wellness topics that have captured my interest over the years, sleep has remained the most essential. Partnering with renowned sleep physician and research scientist Dr. Cheri Mah, alongside Westin—a brand deeply dedicated to the importance of a good night’s sleep—is an incredible opportunity to explore and share insights on a fundamental pillar of well-being. Sleep is vital to our health, and I’m excited to help bring this invaluable knowledge to broader audiences, empowering more people to prioritize their rest,” said Gwyneth Paltrow, founder and CEO of goop.
Sleep Training for Grown-Ups has launched on goop’s new Sleep Training Hub, featuring a collection of focused sleep-related content. This includes tips for overcoming jet lag, solutions for overnight flights, guidance on sound baths, and ways to enhance sleep scores. Additionally, the partnership introduces a new Sleep Shop, where customers can buy Westin’s next-generation Heavenly Bed along with a variety of beauty, wellness, fashion, and home items, all thoughtfully selected to promote a restful night’s sleep. The UNR Studios produced the Sleep Training for Grown-Ups series, led by Executive Producers Justin Barocas and Carlos Naude, and directed by Ora DeKornfeld.
