The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed agreements to open two new hotels: the 81-room Debu's The Fern in Jim Corbett and the 46-room Grand Legacy Beacon in Dehradun. The company already operates properties in Mussoorie, Haridwar, and Bhimtal in Uttarakhand. Adding these new properties will strengthen the brand's presence in this critical market.

Debu's The Fern in Jim Corbett is currently under construction and set to open in 2025. The hotel will offer 81 rooms, dining options, banquet and conferencing facilities, and spacious lawns, making it ideal for corporate events, destination weddings, and special occasions. The hotel will blend contemporary elegance with traditional charm and offer stunning views of the surrounding jungle, providing guests with an immersive natural experience.

Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, Grand Legacy Beacon in Dehradun aims to redefine hospitality in the area, offering guests a perfect combination of sophistication and comfort. The hotel will feature 46 rooms with modern amenities and furnishings and is scheduled to open in December 2024. It will also include an on-site multi-cuisine restaurant, conference and banquet facilities, a rooftop terrace, and a spacious courtyard accommodating up to 200 guests. Grand Legacy Beacon, Dehradun, will be ideal for corporate meetings, social gatherings, and special occasions.
