Tempo and Homewood Suites Debut in Raleigh

Hilton’s New Raleigh Location Now Open

Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown, the first of its kind in North Carolina and only the fourth globally, has officially opened in the City of Oaks alongside its sister hotel, Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh Downtown.

Owned by CN Hotels and managed by McKibbon Hospitality, the contemporary dual-brand hotel offers spaces and amenities tailored to business and leisure travellers and brings 261 total new guest rooms to the growing market – ranked number six in U.S. News’ 2025-2026 Best Places to Live list.

In addition to modern accommodations and warm hospitality, guests can enjoy prime access to Raleigh’s downtown business offices and top attractions, including the Raleigh Convention Center, Red Hat Amphitheater & Warehouse District, Capitol building, Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts, and City Market.

Tempo by Hilton Raleigh Downtown combines comfort and convenience for modern lifestyles. Guests can maintain their health and wellness with a fitness centre and wellness rooms equipped with Peloton bikes, yoga mats, resistance bands, Theragun Elite, and Therabody Wave Rollers. The hotel features 127 rooms with curated art highlighting Raleigh’s arts scene, spa-inspired showers, and amenities. Each room has well-lit areas for getting ready, perfect for starting the day, organizing tasks, or working. 

Tempo is dedicated to sustainability, featuring a Hydration Bar in the lobby that offers Still, Sparkling, and Alkaline-filtered water. Each guest floor also has hydration stations for filling water bottles. In partnership with Planet Water Foundation and Klean Kanteen, reusable water bottles can be bought at the gift shop, with $2 from each bottle contributing to water access for communities in need worldwide. Tempo by Hilton and the Hilton Global Foundation are working together to fund a fourth AquaTower water filtration system, providing clean water to up to 1,800 people in a specific community.
