Secret Ingredient, a consulting firm in the restaurant and hospitality industry, has been appointed by Le Meridien, Delhi, for a re-conceptualisation and menu development of Le Belvedere to enhance its culinary offerings.

Le Belvedere is the rooftop hotel dining room with wide-reaching city views & an upmarket Chinese menu, restaurant at the hotel, and the Secret Ingredient team will provide a wide range of food and beverage (F&B) solutions as well as manage the technical aspects. The goal is to ensure high-quality dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes.
