Transforming Design Upon arriving in The Transforming Room at Pullman Singapore Orchard, guests scan a QR code to access the room’s high-tech controls. In The Transforming Room, guests experience restorative sleep through a multi-sensory journey designed to promote relaxation and facilitate deep slumber. Housekeeping lowers the custom-designed Murphy bed from its discreet storage wall. With a few taps on the app, the video screen turns off, blackout curtains close, and the COMPOZ fragrance module activates a series of scents that create an atmosphere conducive to sleep. Mornings in the Transforming Room provide a personalized multi-sensory wake-up experience. With the touch of a button, the curtains smoothly open, flooding the room with natural daylight, which helps boost the body’s serotonin production. Throughout the day, different scents can be adjusted to match various moods or activities, all controlled through the room's app. The Transforming Room prototype app offers a range of fitness and mindfulness sessions provided by PELOTON, along with digital art from ART POINT. The modular interiors can be quickly adjusted to create additional space for wellness routines and workouts. Users can select their personal wellness activities, which are guided by professional trainers and displayed on a large in-room screen. In-room dining is elevated with the Murphy bed tucked away in its wall compartment, creating space for an intimate dining experience.
