About Pedro Miguel Pauleta

Recognized as the best player in the French league on two occasions, Portuguese forward Pedro Miguel Pauleta joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2003. From the beginning, he proved to be an elite goal scorer, often finishing as the club’s top scorer. In 2007, “the Eagle of the Azores” became PSG’s all-time top scorer, eclipsing Dominique Rocheteau's record until 2015. Over his five seasons with the club, Pauleta secured two French Cups (2004 and 2006) and one League Cup (2008).

Currently, he stands as the 5th all-time leading scorer for the club with 109 goals over five seasons. Pauleta continues to be revered as one of the top players in French football during the 2000s and is considered one of the greatest forwards in PSG's legacy.
