NoMad Sets Sail to Singapore
Hilton has secured a partnership with UOL Group to establish a NoMad hotel in Singapore, marking its entry into the rapidly expanding luxury lifestyle market in the Asia Pacific. This launch follows the successful debut of NoMad London, which opened in 2021 to widespread acclaim.
The new NoMad hotel, created in partnership with UOL Group- a leading Singapore-listed property and hospitality group- is set to open in early 2027. It will offer 173 rooms and reflect the brand’s luxury hospitality, strongly focusing on design, dining, and cultural experiences. Located on Orchard Road, the hotel ensures easy access to Singapore’s top shopping and entertainment areas while celebrating the local cultural scene. Guests will find themselves just moments away from upscale retail outlets, various lifestyle attractions, and heritage areas such as Arab Street, Bugis, and Chinatown, which provide an authentic connection to Singapore’s rich culture and history.

“This signing adds a new and significant dimension to Hilton’s phenomenal growth story in Asia Pacific, as we gain a critical foothold in the luxury lifestyle space,” said Alan Watts, president, Asia Pacific, Hilton.
“With demand for high-end, experience-driven stays surging across the region, the luxury gateway of Singapore offers the perfect backdrop to debut NoMad’s uniquely local luxury hospitality – and will be the first of many cities in Asia to welcome the brand.”
NoMad hotels achieve a distinctive harmony – grand and intimate, refined yet playful, classic yet modern – merging luxury with lifestyle to deliver carefully crafted experiences influenced by striking interior design and cultural elements. Unique details, such as custom local artworks in every guest room, vividly express the brand’s curated identity.
