Minor Hotels has partnered with Singapore’s Kajima Development and Abu Dhabi-based Alwathba Investment to develop a 200-key hotel. Located at 24 Peck Seah Street, the hotel is in the heart of the bustling Tanjong Pagar district, just a minute’s walk to the Central Business District and Chinatown. This new hotel aims to provide business and leisure guests with a comfortable stay. It combines the rich heritage of the city-state’s iconic shophouses with its modern urban development. The Tanjong Pagar neighbourhood is famous for its diverse food options, ranging from traditional hawker fare at Maxwell and Amoy Street food centres to Michelin-recommended global cuisine along Kiong Siak Road, Telok Ayer, and Duxton Hill. The hotel's location is convenient, with the Tanjong Pagar MRT Station less than 200 meters away and the Maxwell MRT Station just 350 meters away, making it easy to access Singapore’s Downtown Core, Marina Bay, and other popular areas.
