IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with So Hotels LLP to develop InterContinental Kasauli. Expected to open in the first quarter of 2029, this luxury resort will enhance IHG’s expanding portfolio in India.

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts represents a premium hotel brand celebrated for its spirit and the insights that travel brings. With over 225 hotels in operation and almost 100 under development globally, this brand has dominated the luxury travel market for years, delivering design and service in new and established locales. 

Nestled in the Shivalik hills, InterContinental Kasauli boasts views of the Himalayas. This hill station has become a top destination for leisure travellers and corporate events, owing to its convenient road access to major cities like Chandigarh and Shimla. The resort is dedicated to catering to leisure visitors while providing an ideal venue for weddings and high-end MICE events.

Additionally, with the Holiday Inn Resort Kasauli in development, both hotels are set to transform leisure travel in Northern India.
