Holiday Inn Express Set to Open in Maharashtra
IHG Hotels & Resorts has made a management deal with Haware Engineers & Builders to open Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pen Mumbai Goa Highway. Set to debut in the first quarter of 2028, this 126-room hotel will enhance IHG’s presence in Maharashtra, meeting the growing demand for top-tier accommodations.
With over 3,200 hotels globally, Holiday Inn Express is IHG’s most extensive and rapidly expanding brand. Since 1990, it has offered straightforward, innovative travel solutions, making it a favoured option for travellers on the move. Upon opening, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pen Mumbai Goa Highway will uphold the brand’s hallmark combination of contemporary comfort, intelligent solutions, and swift service.
Situated in Pen, an expanding industrial centre in the Raigad district, the new Holiday Inn Express will cater to the swiftly evolving Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Upon opening, the hotel will offer 126 rooms, a dining area, banquet facilities, meeting rooms, and a fitness centre tailored to the needs of business travellers.
